What is it?

The Tagus Talent Manager (T2M) is an on-line integrated approach to people development and succession planning.  It is a visible integration of the training and development, recruitment and career management processes.  This web-based application can be used by the HR function and line departments to manage these processes and by all employees to manage their personal and career development.

T²M contains all the tools that you will need to ensure effective people development and succession planning.
